You can check your order status by clicking on the Order Status tab in the chat window after xing out of this article. If your product has shipped our virtual assistant will provide a tracking link for your shipment. Click on the link and a new browser page will open with the tracking details of your package.
You can also check your shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, which should have been sent out once your packaged shipped. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, then your order is being processed or still on backorder/pre-order.
