The HYV has an exchange only return policy on any eligible unworn / unwashed merchandise as well as unused media.
The following items are final sales and are not eligible for returns / exchanges:
- Hoodies / crewnecks
- Panties / undergarments
- Face masks
- All digital content
If you find it necessary to exchange any part of your order, please contact us through our chat service on the bottom right of this page and we will help initiate the exchange process. Please note you will be responsible for all postage required to ship your item(s) to and from our fulfilment center. Once your return merchandise has been received and approved at our fulfilment center, we will send you a link to pay for the new postage cost. As soon as that's paid, we'll send out your exchange!
You have 14 calendar days from date of delivery to request an exchange or to request a replacement for a damaged item.
Please note that dangling / loose threads on garments are not considered a valid reason for returns / exchanges.
If you would like to cancel your order before it has shipped, please reach out through our chat on the bottom right of this page as soon as possible so we may process your cancellation before your order is fulfilled. Please note that all cancellation requests are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case by case basis. Notwithstanding the foregoing, cash refunds are considered on a case by case basis and shall be subject to The HYV's sole discretion.
If a digital download link has been clicked / opened, it is non-refundable. There are absolutely no exceptions.
