There are many reasons for the noise during the 3-electrode measurement setup. One of the most common is the problem related to the reference electrode. When experiencing noisy CV readings, please ensure that there is no air bubble in the electrode neck (just above the ceramic frit). If there is something, please flick it with your finger until it is gone.
