What are the terms of the warranty?


The equipment you have purchased carries a limited warranty issued by your product's manufacturer, redox.me, and is subject to the following statements.

The Warranty Period
All redox.me products come with a three-year warranty that includes parts and labor should an issue arise. The warranty period begins at the time of purchase. 

Service Contract Terms and Conditions
The warranty includes the repair and/or replacement of defective parts or the equipment itself, but not damages caused by mishandling. 
When the repair is completed, the original warranty period continues. If equipment needs to be sent back for repair or replacement, redox.me is responsible for the shipping costs. There are no other costs associated with a claim.

Voiding the Warranty
The warranty only applies if the equipment is used as intended for certain applications. If the equipment is used for other applications or exposed to certain chemicals, voltages, or conditions, there is a risk that redox.me will deny the warranty claim. 

Return and Cancelation Policy
redox.me stands by its products. We also understand that sometimes our customers do not receive what they expect. Please follow the steps outlined below if you would like to return, repair, or exchange a product.

  1. Contact us and inform us about the issue. All returns must be pre-authorized by redox.me.
  2. If we shipped you the wrong product or it was damaged on arrival, you will be eligible to return the product within 30 days of the purchase date. We will arrange the shipping and cover the shipping costs. 
  3. If you ordered the wrong product or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for the purchase price and less shipping costs. The item must be in resalable quality. 
  4. Once the returns have been received, you can expect a credit onto your original payment method within three weeks.

Limitation of Liability
Both yours and redox.me liability shall be limited to the price paid for the product.
