We try to minimize lead time, but customised products and newly developed products will have longer lead times. Further, some components for spectroscopy systems are presently difficult to source. If we cannot meet our lead time goals, we will keep you informed about expected delivery dates and, if applicable, component substitutions that can help shorten lead times.
The lead time for off-the-shelf products is 1-2 weeks. However, if the product is temporarily out of stock, the lead time is 4-6 weeks. In the case of custom-made projects, the lead time is typically 1-2 months but may reach six months and even more in extreme situations.
