My item was damaged in transit

The Hyv will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you still want to reach out in regards to any issues relating to items being lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you must inquire within 4 weeks of your package receiving its first physical scan/update.  

Our media is pristine when packed. Please be aware we DO NOT issue refunds or replacements for minor cosmetic damage, such as corner dings, bends, split inserts, cracks, tears and so on. We pack our media very securely and carefully in custom crafted boxes, but in some cases this type of wear is simply unavoidable in shipping.
