My order was returned to sender. What can I do?

**PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, return to sender shipments are currently taking longer than usual to process. We are working to complete your return as quickly as possible. Please allow an additional 3-4 weeks for us to process your return to sender package once we've received it at our fulfillment center. We'll reach out with an update on your return as soon as we're able to process it. We appreciate your patience.**

Unfortunately, there are no guarantees that a return to sender package will actually be returned back to our fulfillment center. All carriers deem return to senders packages low priority and either take months to process them or just destroy the package. This is all completely out of our control and we cannot be held liable if the carrier destroys or refuses to return your shipment.

In the event that your order is actually received back at our fulfilment center, our support team will reach out to you via email to coordinate a reshipment. You will have 7 days from when this email is sent to confirm your shipping address and pay the postage costs to ship your order to you again. If you decide not to have your order re-shipped or do not respond to this initial request within 7 days, we'll refund you less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
