Marked Delivered - Not received


We apologize if you have not received your package. Please note that Lashify® is not responsible for packages after they have left our facility, including lost, or stolen packages. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the package is delivered to a safe address. We do offer Route shipping Insurance which can be added to your order at checkout. Route covers lost, or stolen packages. Lashify is not responsible for any lost package, where Route shipping insurance has been declined at checkout by the buyer.

Please wait an additional 2 business days if your tracking is showing a delivered status, but has not yet arrived. This occurs often with shipping couriers, as packages are marked as delivered by mistake, but typically arrive the following day. If your order still has not arrived within 72 hours, contact the Concierge team for further assistance. Email concierge@lashify.com or text them at 323-543-4400.
