Believe it or not, this is when you get the best retention. Once the bond becomes exposed to a little bit of oxygen, it is stronger as it's tackier and less runny. Please keep in mind that Whisper Light bottles have 'wipers' designed to keep oxygen out and also prevent over-bonding (light multiple coats are best!) Most clients love it when the Whisper Light is a little thicker.
Please keep in mind that storage is key in maintaining your bonds. If Whisper Light gets to the freezing point it will have consistency issues. Please keep products in a cool, dry place.
Place your bond in hot water to loosen the formula.
