Route is a shipping protection service available to clients on all online shop orders. Route is $.98 for orders under $100 and 1.5% of the subtotal for orders over $100. Route offers shipment protection for lost, stolen, and damaged packages. Coverage is offered up to 15 days after the delivery date.
**Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not incorrectly delivered or easily found around the premises."
Route requires a police report when the customer’s package is marked as delivered on orders over $100. Please note that is your order was marked delivered and was not received, you must file the police report in order to proceed with a replacement or refund.
