We offer a 30 day return policy on the Control Kit only. If it doesn't work for you, for whatever reason, you simply pay a trial fee of $20US (which includes shipping and handling). All packaging must be included or cannot accept the return. No exceptions.
International clients are not eligible.
Any Control kit purchases with a discount code or on sale will only be eligible to receive store credit for the return
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all other purchases are Final Sale.
Please note Gossamer lashes are delicate lashes, these are NOT strip lashes. They are designed to be fragile and lightweight. Gossamers are always intact upon delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Gossamer lashes that have broken for whatever reason. The top of the cartridge may be removed to remove lash carefully if needed.
